The developer of HOM Flats had previously worked with City to Suburb Interiors on a luxury development in NYC. He wanted to bring our aesthetic to his socially conscious project near his hometown area of Grand Rapids, Michigan. We've been involved for several years, helping to develop the company branding before they started construction on the first location. Now there are several locations totaling 20+ buildings with our selections for interior finishes and furnishings throughout the amenity spaces, leasing offices, and model units. We love working with these clients as they grow and expand to other properties and states, bringing quality design to the workforce housing market.

We have had the pleasure to work closely with Julia from City to Suburb Interiors. Her designer's eye and attention to detail helped create a customized home for our residents. Julia handpicks all materials from unit finishes to accent colors in our community spaces. She is always ready with creative ideas and solutions to take HŌM Flats to the next level.
