Tribeca, NYC

luxury condo development

6 Cortlandt Alley is a historic building circa the 1920’s located in Tribeca, NY. At one time a corset warehouse and fur company, the building sat empty for many years before developers purchased the upper stories and transformed them into high-end family residences (3,500 sq. ft. and larger.)  City to Suburb Interiors (formerly JMW Interiors) worked closely with the developers from day one, designing all aspects of the residences from floor plans to finishes, including custom cabinetry in the kitchens and bathrooms, unique lighting features, reclaimed wood window sills, and ventless fireplaces with stone surrounds. Julia also designed all of the common areas for the condo building including the lobby, gym, and lounge.

"Julia provided exceptional design services for our luxury condominium conversion in Tribeca. She was responsible for addressing the finishes and floor plans of both our residences and amenity spaces within the building. She approached our project with a keen design eye, but balanced that with sensible and practical solutions. The finished product has been met with accolades from buyers and peers within the industry. We look forward to utilizing her talents in our future projects to come."
